By opening the packaging and using all or part of the software  you acknowledge your acceptance of the following conditions.  If you do not agree with these terms, but have already purchased the software, please return the software in its unopened sales packaging. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, provided the software has not been used and is returned to your dealer within 14 days of the date of purchase, with proof of purchase.
This software and its content are based on carefully researched data from reliable sources.  The publisher endeavours to supply a perfectly functioning product.  The publisher expressly points out, however, that the present state of the art does not permit the production of computer software which is perfect in all applications and combinations.  The publisher gives no warranty that the software will function without defect or interruption everywhere and on all equipment.
